Cookie Dough Fat Bombs
Makes 12 servings
Mix cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and erythritol together in the bowl of a mixer until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop mixture into 12 balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
Cookie dough balls can be stored in the freezer. Remove from freezer 20 minutes prior to eating in order to thaw
